What is the expense to our company to contract The Family Vending Company to provide our vending machine services? None! The Family Vending Company will purchase, install, restock and maintain the vending machines at no cost to your company. Who determines what products are offered in the machines? You do. Although we are the experts and we know what products sell at different locations, the final say is yours, the customer. How often do you come to restock the machines? As often as is necessary to provide total customer satisfaction. We operate routes seven days a week. Who determines the selling prices of the products? The minimum non-commissioned pricing is agreed upon with our representative and yours. Should you desire to receive commissions (a percentage of the net sales) simply increase the pricing accordingly. If we choose to receive commissions, when are they paid? Commissions are paid monthly, due no later than 30 days from the close of each month. You will receive a sales statement, along with the commission check. How long does it take to fix a machine once a service call is placed? Our pledge is to respond within two hours after receiving a service call, barring any unforeseen circumstances. Do we have to sign a contract? It depends on the scope of the services required and the financial investment for The Family Vending Company. We ask for a three year Service Agreement because the new machines we will install are financed for a three year period. Generally, an investment of $5000.00 or more would require a Service Agreement. How do you reimburse our employees if they lose money? Should a customer be unsatisfied for any reason whatsoever, a full and immediate refund will be available. A petty cash fund of $20.00 will be issued to your assigned representative to provide refunds. Who determines what types of machines are installed? Generally, 30 employees qualify for a soda machine; 60 or more employees for a soda and snack machine; and 125 or more employees for a soda, snack, cold food and coffee machine.
